Following the huge success of "Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani," a film produced by Dharma Productions and directed by Karan Johar, the director has now revealed his next project. The title of Karan Johar's upcoming movie is 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari,' which is a tongue twister.

A date for the recently announced movie, "Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari," or SSKTK for short, has also been finalized for its theatrical premiere. On April 18, 2025, the love comedy opens in theaters all across the world. The new picture from Dharma Productions will be in theaters for a longer weekend because April 18, 2025, is Good Friday.

The principal characters in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari are played by Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. The two actors in the film are Sunny Sanskari and Tulsi Kumari, according to the title announcement video. Writer and director Shashank Khaitan, a regular collaborator with Dharma Movies, is behind the rom-com. Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania, two more Dharma films helmed by Shashank Khaitan, featured Varun Dhawan.

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari appears to be a spiritual successor to the first two Shashank Khaitan-Varun Dhawan films, based on the title of the film.
